Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Svc Contracts Admin I to provide essential support for selling and managing service contracts. Responsibilities include quoting, administration of activated and terminated contracts, and reporting to inform management decisions.

The role focuses on accurate invoicing, data integrity, and timely processing within CMSU legacy systems and Oracle tooling. This is a remote USA position with the opportunity to contribute to a growing service contracts

Qualifications

• 4 year / bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3 years financial analysis experience or four years handling progressively responsible business/systems analysis projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Ability to plan own schedule to meet deadlines for reports and projects within established time frames.

Responsibilities

• SERVICE AGREEMENT QUOTING: Provide the administrative support required for the successful preparation and sale of service contracts for the sales and service organizations: Prepare / audit service quotations for potential new equipment sales in order to ensure proper service entitlements, contract term, pricing and discount levels through the use of Oracle.
• CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION: Provide the administrative support required for the successful maintenance and invoicing of service agreements throughout the lifecycle of CMSU.
• CONTRACT REPORTING: Respond, consolidate and prepare reports as requested by management in order to track and identify service contract opportunities.
