Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Svc Contracts Admin I to provide all administrative support for the sale and management of service contracts for the front line service management team and sales organizations.

Maintain Oracle database systems to prepare quotations, activate, modify and terminate contracts over the CMSU installed base. Analyze contract information to support management reporting and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Ability to plan own schedule to meet deadlines for reports and projects within established time frames.
• Familiarity with financial analysis concepts and Excel-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for service contract quoting, ensuring proper entitlements, pricing and discount levels in Oracle.
• Administer service contracts lifecycle: activation, modification, renewal and termination; audit revenue and invoicing.
• Prepare management reports and analyze contract data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
