Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a remote Svc Contracts Admin I to provide comprehensive administrative support for the sale and management of service contracts.

You will manage Oracle databases to prepare quotations, activate/modify/terminate contracts, and analyze data for management reports supporting CMSU’s service contracts model. The role requires a 4-year finance/business degree (or equivalent) and 3–4 years of financial analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Ability to plan own schedule to meet deadlines for reports and projects within established time frames.
• 4 year / bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3 years financial analysis experience or four years handling progressively responsible business/systems analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• SERVICE AGREEMENT QUOTING: Provide the administrative support required for the successful preparation and sale of service contracts for the sales and service organizations: Prepare / audit service quotations for potential new equipment sales in order to ensure proper service entitlements, contract term, pricing and discount levels through the use of Oracle. Prepare / audit service quotations for systems coming off warranty, renewals and T&M conversions through the use of Oracle. Maintain a detailed understanding of the multiple pricing models, discount structures and entitlement offerings associated with the various marketing and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) programs. Help ensure that CMSU sales and service personnel understand service contract pricing, applicable service entitlements and contractual obligations of vendor agreements i.e. Quantum - Cannon, Vital Images, etc. Maintain a detailed understanding of Oracle software quoting platforms.
