Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Svc Contracts Admin I to provide administrative support for service contracts across front line service management and sales teams. You will manage Oracle-based quotes, activations, modifications and terminations throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate pricing and entitlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3 years financial analysis experience or four years handling progressively responsible business/systems analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the sale and management of service contracts for sales and service organizations.
• Maintain Oracle database systems to prepare quotations, activate, modify and terminate contracts over their lifecycle.
• Prepare / audit service quotations for new equipment sales, renewals and conversions to ensure proper entitlements, term, pricing and discounts.
• Maintain and audit contract revenue amortization and invoicing to ensure proper accounting.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues related to SIDs and contracts; verify warranty dates; prepare collateral for commission payments.
