Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Service Business Manager to drive service requirements for new product development and US market introduction.

You will partner with upstream marketing, engineering and R/D to ensure serviceability and actionable CIRB/GCIRB items are owned by the BU and delivered. You will lead cross-functional actions, develop corrective plans, and guide cost-reduction initiatives while coordinating global service deployment plans for new imaging products and InnerVision

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of desktop PCs and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using standard project management tools (GANTT/PERT charts, task lists with dependencies, critical path).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Able to perform 100% remote work.
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent experience in medical imaging.
• 4 years of engineering environment experience with emphasis in systems design or project management.

• Drive service requirements for new product development and US market introduction.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure engineering practices align with Canon policies.
• Drive ROI-based process improvements across Service and Product Engineering.
• Interact with global service design teams to deploy service solutions for new products.
• Develop service business models including cost trends, MTBF/MTTR, and CMSU metrics.
