Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Service Account Manager for customers in the process manufacturing sector. This role emphasizes developing long-term client relationships and identifying service and maintenance opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency at the plant level.

The ideal candidate will work with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams, leveraging CRM systems and technical knowledge to deliver value-added service solutions and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in industrial sales, account management, field service, maintenance, operations, reliability, or engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Strong customer relationships and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Experience using CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers across assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for service opportunities and customer concerns.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand challenges and identify improvements.
• Partner with customers to improve reliability, uptime, safety, and plant performance.
• Identify and manage service opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Represent the company at events and industry meetings.
