Job summary
Ibis Prep is seeking an experienced Series 7 Tutor to help aspiring financial professionals prepare for the FINRA Series 7 licensing exam. This fully remote role suits someone who enjoys teaching and making complex financial concepts accessible.
You will conduct one-on-one or small-group sessions, tailor instruction, assess progress, and provide feedback. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available for motivated educators.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the FINRA Series 7 exam and securities concepts.
- Teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for learners.
- Reliable internet and fully remote work setup.
- Series 7 license or relevant financial-industry experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging one-on-one and/or small-group Series 7 tutoring sessions.
- Explain securities, investment products, regulations, suitability, options, and other core exam topics in an accessible way.
- Assess student knowledge and tailor instruction to individual strengths and weaknesses.
- Help students develop effective study strategies, test-taking skills, and time-management techniques.
- Review practice questions and explain both correct and incorrect answers.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
