Responsibilities

Support Fidelity customers over the phone during onboarding and licensing preparation.
Answer questions about accounts, balances, withdrawals, and transfers.
Identify resources and place trades while working from home, with one day per week in the Investor Center.
Transition to on-site Investor Center role after onboarding and licensing is complete.
