Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, especially phone or in-person.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about accounts, balances, withdrawals, transfers and placing trades.
• Support inbound calls and guide customers through Fidelity processes while working from home with weekly Investor Center presence.
