Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a senior Head Account Manager / SEO Client Success Manager to drive retention, strategy, and team development for key accounts. You will spend roughly 60% of time leading high-impact accounts and 40% mentoring internal account managers, guiding strategic direction and client meetings.

The role combines hands-on SEO depth with a polished client-facing presence, supported by a dedicated execution team handling technical builds, on-page edits, and content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing account management or team leadership in a high-touch agency.
• Strong ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, respond promptly to questions, explain SEO strategy, and handle challenging conversations.
• Develop and adjust SEO strategies independently based on client needs and trends.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and troubleshoot crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects, schema, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO, delegating tasks to specialized teams while handling quick fixes.
• Manage approximately 5–8 client relationships, including white-label partnerships.
• Mentor and support junior account managers, onboard new team members, and contribute to training and meetings.
• Follow SOPs, monitor performance, protect client retention, and identify improvement opportunities.
