Job summary

Scorpion is seeking an SEO Manager to lead client-facing SEO initiatives and oversee implementation plans for organic ranking goals. You will identify upsell opportunities to grow product revenue while ensuring client success and a smooth onboarding experience.

Reporting to the Director of Ranking, you’ll monitor ranking performance, address client concerns with proactive SEO work, and collaborate with teams to enhance offerings and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing roles within an SEO environment.
• Strong understanding of organic ranking strategies and best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as GA, Search Console, and third-party platforms.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage complex plans on time.
• Experience with upselling and revenue growth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with Account Managers and clients to ensure product satisfaction.
• Support revenue growth through effective upselling presentations and information.
• Provide reactive SEO work to address client concerns and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and client success.
• Contribute to strategic oversight of ranking plans to drive client goals.
