Scorpion Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead strategic SEO initiatives for high-value clients and collaborate with Account Managers across teams. You will shape ranking plans, communicate with VIP clients, and drive measurable organic growth.

Lead cross-functional SEO initiatives, mentor teammates, and protect revenue while pursuing strategic upsells and renewals. A strong client-facing background and expertise in analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in high-value client-facing roles within an SEO environment.
• Strong understanding of organic ranking strategies and best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support for high-value clients with direct communication and strategic oversight of ranking plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced SEO strategies.
• Identify and execute upselling opportunities within the high-value client portfolio.
• Conduct pre-launch audits for new VIP clients for smooth onboarding and successful launches.
• Analyze organic ranking goals and tailor strategies to improve visibility and drive targeted traffic.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
