Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems is seeking a Senior Manager, Multi-Site & Local SEO to lead local search across a growing portfolio of treatment centers and websites.

You will drive local visibility, increase qualified patient leads, and support growth through GBP management, technical SEO, and content optimization. This role offers 100% remote work within the United States and requires 5–7 years of local SEO leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience leading multi-site Local SEO programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• EST or CST strongly preferred.
• Expertise with Google Business Profiles, local listings, citation management, schema markup, technical SEO, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience with Yext or similar listing management platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to develop data-driven SEO strategies that drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-location local SEO strategy to improve search visibility, increase traffic, and drive admissions growth.
• Create and refine local market launch playbooks to support expansion of new treatment locations.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all locations and monitor performance.
• Oversee local listings and citation management for accurate NAP across directories and maps.
• Optimize location-specific web pages with content, keywords, UX, and conversions.
• Lead online reputation management and coordinate responses with leadership.
• Implement and maintain local technical SEO initiatives (schema, internal linking, indexing).
• Analyze, monitor, and report key local SEO metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Identify market opportunities and gaps; develop data-driven strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with content, analytics, paid media, web development, legal, compliance, and ops teams.
