RVO Health is seeking a seasoned Director, SEO & AEO to own organic search performance across Healthline, Healthgrades, Medical News Today, and more. You will lead a high-performing SEO team, setting strategy for Google, Agentic, and Social search, and translate insights into measurable business impact.

This is a highly visible leadership role collaborating with VP+ across the enterprise. The position is in New York City with a hybrid work model; you’ll partner with Product, Engineering,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SEO experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving search rankings and increasing organic traffic.
• Ability to build forecasting models using SEO and AI tools, and to upskill the team.
• Strategic pruning and prioritization to focus on high-impact opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing SEO team across multiple brands.
• Develop and execute cross-channel SEO strategies (Google, Agentic, Social).
• Diagnose issues and guide the team to scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Content Ops, and GTM teams for alignment.
• Translate SEO performance into enterprise-level insights for senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Identify and translate test results into scalable recommendations.
