Job summary

Amsive LLC in the United States seeks an Associate Director, SEO to lead and optimize organic search programs across key client accounts. You will oversee strategy, resource development, and performance while ensuring growth and profitability in a collaborative agency setting.

You will partner with AI search initiatives, manage a team of SEO strategists, and align efforts with client goals. This role offers remote or hybrid options with occasional travel to New York/Nashville offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organic search engine marketing; agency experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and data-driven storytelling.
• Proficiency in HTML is a plus and beneficial for on-page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and advise key accounts, ensuring client retention and growth.
• Support business development through RFPs, proposals, and upsells.
• Provide strategic and tactical SEO guidance to teams for successful execution.
• Analyze performance data to derive insights for quarterly/annual reviews.
• Collaborate with AI/SEO teams to integrate AI search recommendations.
• Lead resource planning and capacity management across the SEO team.
