Amsive is seeking an Associate Manager, SEO to support organic and AI search campaigns across multiple industries. You will guide a small team, develop content and technical strategies, and drive data-driven SEO initiatives.

This role is a path to independent team leadership within our SEO department. We value curiosity, detail, and collaboration, with a hybrid work arrangement in New York, NY or Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience contributing to or managing successful SEO campaigns, including agency side.
• Understanding of current SEO and AI search best practices and how to help clients meet business goals.
• Knowledge of URL discovery, crawling, rendering, indexing, and crawl budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day SEO activities for key accounts.
• Lead bi-weekly client cadence calls with team support.
• Grow into an independent SEO team leader.
• Perform comprehensive site audits and identify content and technical SEO opportunities.
• Document solutions and advise on implementation with development teams.
• Develop business cases to prioritize SEO initiatives.
