Job summary

Welltower, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst, Voyager to support and implement Yardi Senior Voyager and related accounting modules. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to streamline accounting processes and improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Yardi, project management, and SOX controls, and must be willing to travel. This is a remote US-based position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of accounting, financial, operations, or technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of accounting best practices.
• Proven experience with Yardi implementation projects.
• Preferred experience with Yardi’s Senior Voyager and modules.
• Project management and technical support experience.
• Experience implementing system changes in a SOX environment is preferred.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel to the UK.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic liaison between Property Accounting and system support, resolving Yardi-related issues.
• Lead administration and maintenance of the Chart of Accounts (COA) including new accounts and code updates.
• Support and troubleshoot Custom Account Tree functionality and edits.
• Act as the point of contact for finance/accounting implementations and modules (e.g., Fixed Assets, P2P, Intercompany).
• Validate Trial Balance and AR data during operator transitions and acquisitions.
• Provide backup for Medicaid-related processes as needed.
• Audit system access and role provisioning for internal controls.
