Job summary

CVS Health seeks a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the functional lifecycle from demand forecasting through staffing plans and schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Lead workshops, drive fit-gap analysis, design patterns, and guardrails; ensure end-to-end delivery and adoption of WFM solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design forecasting workflows and operating model to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and constraints to support business realities and compliance.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs; own end-to-end delivery for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Partner with engineering/technology leads to translate functional designs into configuration and build plans.
