Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting across demand, staffing plans, and schedule generation. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to design, configure, and deliver end-to-end WFM capabilities.

You will drive fit-gap analyses, define forecasting workflows, and manage governance while ensuring adoption and alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments with experience in change management and vendor negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to translate demand drivers into actionable requirements and priorities.
• Define scheduling design patterns and forecasting workflows to support business realities and compliance.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs and ensure end-to-end delivery.
