Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Workforce Management Capacity Planner to support accurate forecasting and staffing needs. You will analyze historical data, identify demand drivers, and translate workload forecasts into staffing requirements.

You will partner across Operations, Finance, Training, Reporting, and global delivery teams to address capacity gaps and risks. You will use Verint, Excel, Power BI, and planning tools to provide data-driven insights and to support hiring decisions, training,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years in workforce management or capacity planning.
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, or workforce modeling.
• Experience with workforce data trends and capacity risks.
• Experience across multi-site, omnichannel, or similar service environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of Verint forecasting and planning and Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI or other analytics tools preferred; NICE experience beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with non-technical audiences.
• Experience working across U.S. and global delivery teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support short- and long-term workforce forecasts using historical data and staffing data.
• Translate forecasted demand into staffing and capacity requirements considering attrition, hiring timelines, training throughput, and skill mix.
• Identify staffing gaps, surpluses, and operational risks by analyzing capacity vs. demand.
• Assist with scenario and what-if analyses for volume, workflows, service models, and technology changes.
• Provide data-driven insights to hiring, training, overtime, and workload balancing decisions.
• Review forecast accuracy and drivers of variance to improve planning assumptions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Training, Reporting, and global teams on workforce planning.
• Translate workforce data trends into clear insights for partners.
• Utilize Verint, Excel, Power BI, and planning tools for accurate planning.
