Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Experience as a business analyst designing and supporting processes in ERP systems.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, and/or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading system enhancement or implementation projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-sized ERP initiatives with broad scope.
• Gather and document requirements, translate to designs, propose improvements.
• Lead end-to-end testing, UAT, and SOP documentation.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and vendors.
