Strategic Comp, part of Great American Insurance Group, seeks an experienced Senior Claims Specialist to manage Pennsylvania and Delaware workers' compensation claims. This remote role follows Eastern Time Zone business hours and requires strong claims strategy and collaboration with counsel.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years' PA/DE WC claims experience, PA and DE license, and AIC designation preferred. Travel occasionally may be needed as part of duties.

Formación

• 10+ years of PA and DE workers' compensation claims adjusting experience, including complex or high-exposure claims.
• Strong knowledge of PA/DE workers' compensation laws, regulations, and practices.
• Delaware workers’ compensation license is required; other state licenses are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage PA and DE workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
• Analyze claim facts, evaluate coverage, compensability, and benefits eligibility.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve timely, favorable claim outcomes.
• Establish reserves and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain claim documentation and communicate with claimants, insureds, employers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with defense counsel on litigation strategy and resolution.
