Job summary

UW Information Technology is seeking a Workday Senior Security Engineer to help protect the security of UW Finance, HR, and Payroll data and processes. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external groups to ensure secure and efficient business workflows for UW.

You will design and implement Workday security configurations, support advanced security operations, and document procedures while training the Workday Administration team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Computer Science or related field or experience.
• Four years of experience in security framework development and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of information security, privacy frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of Workday or ERP system security implications.
• Ability to document business processes and communicate clearly.
