Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate actively as a Data Conversion consultant on project teams.
• Serve as the knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems to Workday.
• Convert data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools.
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data for Workday.
• Support the validation of data loaded into Workday.
• Support clients in mapping legacy data and data quality issues.
• Communicate project status to leadership.
• Follow strategic direction for Workday goals.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to meet objectives.
• Escalate risks and propose alternative approaches.
• Identify process improvements for methodology.
