Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Third-Party Origination (TPO) Sr. Account Executive to grow and elevate the wholesale mortgage channel.

You’ll build meaningful broker partnerships, drive third‑party loan production, and help shape the future of mortgage lending at a mission‑driven credit union. This fully remote role requires residing in one of the following states: Arizona, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, or Pennsylvania; you’ll collaborate with underwriting,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage lending or wholesale channels.
• Deep understanding of broker programs, guidelines and risk.
• Proven track record building long-term broker partnerships.
• Ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve pipeline risks.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• NMLS registration required.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with wholesale mortgage brokers as the primary owner.
• Drive mortgage production by expanding broker engagement and onboarding.
• Position the credit union’s value against non-bank competitors.
• Advise brokers on programs, guidelines, and loan structuring.
• Partner with underwriting, fulfillment, and operations for broker experience.
• Identify and resolve pipeline risks to protect cycle time and quality.
• Execute broker growth plans, territory management, and forecast production.
• Support broker onboarding, training, and compliance with investor guidelines.
• Monitor broker performance metrics and optimize results.
• Represent First Tech at industry events and broker meetings.
