The Lead Project Manager will coordinate civil, environmental, and other specialists, build client relationships, and guide projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities include pursuing opportunities, developing plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering technical solutions that balance ecological restoration with

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; master's preferred.
• California PE license in Environmental or Civil Engineering required.
• 15+ years of environmental/civil engineering experience, dam removal or water resources.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and large-scale restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of CEQA, NEPA, ESA and Clean Water Act compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships across projects.
• Identify opportunities, pursue wins, and prepare proposals.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams; manage scope, schedule, budget and communications.
• Perform environmental risk assessments and feasibility analyses.
• Oversee design, construction specifications, and project reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
