The role requires deep warehousing and materials management expertise, SAP/ERP proficiency, and strong leadership to develop teams and standardize processes across the business unit.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of warehousing, materials management, tooling/equipment.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Ability to lead teams, set priorities and coach performance.
• Develop and standardize procedures across businesses.
• Strong communication with leadership and external providers.
• Knowledge of mobilization, demobilization and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing, materials management, tooling, equipment support, and logistics for Enterprise projects.
• Direct warehouse and satellite facility operations, inventory control, fleet management, and third-party providers.
• Manage centralized requisitioning and material-asset processes using SAP and ERP systems.
• Lead, guide, and develop teams; set priorities, monitor performance and coach.
• Serve as SME for Materials Management, Tooling, and Warehousing programs across the unit.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain leadership and external providers on logistics and asset risk.
