Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Level 3 Vulnerability Management Analyst to strengthen our security program and operational resilience. You will act as a senior SME for vulnerability management and exposure management, driving governance and strategic improvements across tooling and processes.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and security operations, plus experience with Tenable and other leading platforms. Hybrid/remotework options are available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, or Security Operations.
• Advanced knowledge of risk-based vulnerability management and remediation governance.
• Extensive experience with Tenable is required; however, we will also consider applicants with deep expertise in comparable platforms such as Qualys, Rapid7, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience with Attack Surface Management (ASM), CSPM, web application security testing, and exposure management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experienced developing security metrics, dashboards, and governance reporting.
• Proven mentoring and technical leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior subject matter expert for Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management, and associated tooling.
• Lead vulnerability identification, prioritisation, and remediation governance activities.
• Drive strategic improvements to the Vulnerability Management programme.
• Assess emerging threats and actively exploited vulnerabilities to support risk-based decision-making.
• Lead critical vulnerability response and cross-functional remediation efforts.
• Develop executive reporting, KPIs, and risk metrics to provide visibility into the organization's security posture.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to Level 1 and Level 2 analysts.
