ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Voice AI Engineer – Linguistics & Speech to design, develop, and implement Voice AI applications with linguistic expertise across the Speech platform.

You will own language support end to end, add languages/locales, and maintain pronunciation rules while analyzing speech problems across languages and dialects. Collaboration with engineers and product managers is essential to deliver scalable linguistic solutions.

Qualifications

• Masters/PhD in Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building Voice AI applications.
• Development experience with Python or similar languages.
• Ability to explain linguistic findings to engineers and product managers.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to design, development and implementation of Voice AI applications.
• Own language support end to end: add languages/locales and pronunciation rules.
• Analyze complex speech problems across languages, accents and dialects.
• Diagnose language and speech failures in production calls and drive fixes.
• Partner with engineers to solve linguistic problems and contribute code for user experience features.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand customer use cases and linguistic challenges.
