Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional videography and editing experience.
• Outstanding reel and portfolio demonstrating storytelling across campaigns.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-brand video production.
• Ability to translate brand identity into compelling video concepts.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, sound, color, and post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and editing of video campaigns, promotional initiatives, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Establish and maintain a high creative standard across all video touchpoints.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, lighting, shooting, audio, and editing.
• Champion brand identity systems while expressing each brand through cinematography.
• Ensure visual consistency across brands and encourage creative exploration.
• Translate marketing strategies into compelling video concepts and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative Leadership, Marketing, Brand, and Digital teams.
• Oversee multiple high-priority video projects with on-time delivery.
• Develop and evolve video production workflows and reusable motion graphics.
• Stay current with video marketing trends and emerging camera tech.
• Foster creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
