Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing within the retail industry.
• Proven experience designing high-volume promotional and campaign creative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices across email, web, social media, paid media, and e-commerce.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital-first creative for promotional campaigns, product launches, and ongoing retail marketing initiatives.
• Develop assets across multiple digital channels including email, web, paid media, social media, digital advertising, and CRM.
• Support omni-channel campaigns that maintain brand consistency while driving customer engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure assets meet brand standards, production specs, and quality expectations.
