Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ work experience in Accounting or Finance in a medical, clinical trial research or healthcare-related environment.
• Advanced research and analytical techniques for financial data evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting and payment processes for vendors across sites to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Review, reconcile, and approve complex vendor invoices for timely payment.
• Oversee transition of high-volume vendors to data file submissions and establish optimal payment cadences.
• Review HCFA/UB vendor claim forms for payment and coordinate with vendors for data submissions.
• Analyze and interpret vendor contracts and coverage analysis documents for reimbursement guidance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex billing issues with vendors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
• Advance processed SCRI vendor data to Data Integrity for prompt sponsor reimbursement.
• Support AP team with vendor reimbursement and check requests.
