Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in basic financial operations including debits/credits, reconciliation, invoicing, and payment lifecycles.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
• Understanding of payments flow and unapplied cash impact on financials.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile unapplied cash.
• Work with sites to confirm visit activity.
• Enter charges into the CTMS when needed.
• Apply receivables to Cash Receipts Log across lines of business.
• Post cash items in proprietary systems using remittance details from pharma companies.
• Verify remittance data with pharma companies for accuracy.
• Review and interpret payer remittances for data accuracy.
