• Understanding of payment flows, matching payments to invoices, and impact of unapplied cash on financials.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile unapplied cash.
• Collaborate with sites to confirm visit activity.
• Enter charges into CTMS when needed.
• Apply receivables to Cash Receipts Log for all lines of business.
• Post cash items into proprietary systems based on remittance detail from pharma companies.
• Verify remittance details with pharma companies to ensure accuracy.
• Review remittances from payers for data accuracy.
