Cribl is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the security product experience across detection, alerting, investigation, triage, and AI-assisted workflows. You will partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and other designers to create a cohesive Cribl platform experience.

You should have a genuine security background and 5+ years designing complex B2B software for technical users. Remote-first environment with multi-time-zone collaboration and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B software or enterprise platforms for technical users.
• A security background, such as security product design or SOC workflows.
• Strong product thinking and interaction-design skills to simplify complex workflows.
• Expert Figma skills including advanced prototyping and documentation.
• Experience contributing to design systems and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from problem framing through prototyping and implementation.
• Design workflows for detection, alert review, investigation, triage, search pivots, and threat coverage.
• Apply security judgment to evidence, provenance, confidence, severity, and auditability.
• Design AI-assisted and agentic experiences with clear intent, context, and user approval.
• Use Cribl's design system and contribute reusable components and patterns.
• Work in Figma for exploration, prototyping, documentation, collaboration, and handoff.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs and other designers to ensure feasibility and accessibility.
• Share work early through critiques and working sessions; provide constructive feedback.
• Prioritize opportunities using research and product evidence; communicate tradeoffs clearly.
