Job summary

ITC Federal, Inc is seeking a User Support Program Manager for the U.S. Department of Justice, fully remote. Candidates should have extensive experience providing user support and managing a team, ideally with knowledge in automated litigation support.

This role involves designing support programs, documenting processes, and working closely with Government personnel. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• At least seven years of providing direct support to end users.
• At least two years of experience in automated litigation support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designing, directing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the entire program.
• Overseeing all aspects of user and system documentation and training.
• Proactively seeking improvements and providing recommendations.
• Working with Government managers and attorneys.
