ITC Federal is seeking a Senior User Support Specialist / User Trainer to support the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). This fully remote role involves setting up user support programs, conducting training sessions, and managing help desk functions. Ideal candidates should have two years of training experience and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Two years of experience in teaching/training users in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate end user support program for major applications.
• Develop training course outlines and agendas.
• Organize, prepare, and conduct training sessions for users.
• Perform help desk functions and troubleshoot litigation support packages.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Expert user of word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems

Hands-on familiarity with network, telecommunications, and operating systems
