Job summary

Logan Finance is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with the SVP of Underwriting Transformation and Strategy. The role focuses on driving initiatives that transform how underwriting decisions are made, communicated, and delivered across the organization.

You will translate strategic priorities into structured plans, requirements, and documentation, ensuring operational readiness and implementation oversight through go-live and stabilization in partnership with BOCM and Change Delivery

Qualifications

Hands-on underwriting, QC, or credit policy experience, including Non‑QM loan products within last 3 years.
Strong documentation, requirements definition, and process mapping skills.
Ability to translate complex credit/tech concepts into clear docs for underwriting and tech teams.

Responsibilities

Independently manage the portfolio of underwriting transformation initiatives from initiation to stabilization.
Develop detailed plans, roadmaps, and milestones aligned to strategy priorities.
Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define business, operational, and system requirements.
Translate complex concepts into BRDs, functional specs, and process flows for multiple stakeholders.
Drive governance, reporting, and escalation routines with cross-functional teams.
