Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Senior Tumor Registrar to join the Baystate Regional Cancer Program. The role focuses on maintaining accurate cancer registry data, regulatory reporting, and supporting research initiatives.

Fully remote work is available in approved states across the US. The position requires an Associate's degree, CTR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, data collection, and collaboration with physicians

Qualifications

• Associates degree is required.
• Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) certification must remain current.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• COC Accreditation experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data collection and research principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cancer registry data with high accuracy and completeness.
• Review medical records and abstract cancer-related information.
• Coordinate special studies and data analyses for research and quality improvement.
• Ensure regulatory reporting to the Massachusetts State Cancer Registry and ACS standards.
• Support registry operations and lead/tutor staff as needed.
• Collaborate with investigators, physicians, and staff on registry activities.
