Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Trial Manager, Early Development, Oncology to lead local trial activities within the EDCP hybrid oversight model.

This role is remote in the United States and serves as the primary local contact for assigned studies, ensuring quality data and compliant records across protocol, GCP, HCC, and SOPs. The candidate will collaborate with FM, PDL, TDL, SSL, and study teams to forecast budgets, recruit targets, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Life Sciences required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical trial management experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of ICH/GCP and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead local trial team activities to meet recruitment targets and ensure data quality.
• Maintain trial management systems and dashboards for progress tracking.
• Ensure SAE/PQC/SUSAR reporting within timelines and compliant documentation.
• Coordinate site visits, budgets, and vendor management as applicable.
• Act as local primary contact for assigned studies and stakeholders.
