Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States is seeking a Manager, Trial Delivery Management (TDM) to lead study-level activities across global trials. You will oversee document creation, vendor management, training, and country/regional delivery to ensure on-time, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent, Life Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or related industries.
• Experience in and knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process.
• Clinical research operational knowledge across Phases I-IV; ability to manage all aspects of trial execution.
• 2–3 years’ experience leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and update critical trial-specific documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Form, IMP related documentation).
• Vendor setup and management of day-to-day study vendor activities, including SOW creation and budget oversight.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities, aligning feasibility strategy with local teams and risk reviews.
• Develop program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D/Medical writing.
• Provide input into trial-level operational strategies.
• Resolve trial-related issues and mitigate trial-related risks.
• Mentor and onboard new trial management team members.
• Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation planning at the program level.
