Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Trial Delivery Management (TDM) to lead the execution of study activities, document creation, vendor oversight, and country-level delivery. This role ensures alignment of feasibility strategies, risk reviews, and cross-functional collaboration across global trials.

The position offers hybrid work options from Spring House, Titusville, Raritan, or Horsham in the United States, with remote consideration on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy).
• Minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical development process and across multiple phases of studies (Phase I-IV).
• Ability to manage all aspects of execution of a clinical trial.
• 2-3 years leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in matrixed, global environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and update trial-specific documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP documentation).
• Vendor setup and day-to-day management, including budgeting oversight.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews.
• Contribute to program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D/Medical writing.
• Provide input into trial-level operational strategies and risk mitigation.
