Job summary

Rex is seeking a Senior Manager of Treasury Operations to build and own the treasury function across a multi-entity platform. This is a zero-margin-for-error role that moves millions across dozens of banking relationships with real-time cash positioning and strict controls.

You will lead investor servicing, capital calls, and distributions across 300+ investors, modernize reconciliation with API feeds and AI tools, track debt covenants, and optimize ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in treasury or multi-entity cash management.
• CPA/CTP or relevant Master's preferred.
• Experience with AI-augmented treasury and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate proactively when issues arise and surface the fix to leadership.
• Own fraud defense and payment controls across the platform.
• Run daily cash positioning with real-time clarity across all deals.
• Replace manual reconciliation with API bank feeds and AI tools.
• Execute capital calls, preferred returns, and distributions for 300+ investors.
• Maintain segregation of insurance and fiduciary capital.
• Build rolling liquidity forecasts and track debt covenants.
• Optimize treasury and ERP integrations (Trovata, Kyriba, Yardi, NetSuite).
