Job summary

EdgeConneX, a leading data center provider, seeks a Senior Manager of Treasury Operations in Herndon, VA to lead daily cash, treasury operations, and TMS governance. The role partners with Capital Markets, Accounting and Legal to drive financing activity and governance across a fast-growing global infrastructure business.

You will mentor a team, implement automation with AI, ensure strong internal controls, and deliver accurate liquidity reporting for executive leadership and lenders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience including debt/credit facility management and multi-currency operations.
• MBA or related finance degree preferred.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as Reval.
• Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash position and treasury operations to ensure liquidity.
• Lead end-to-end TMS implementation and maintenance for debt, credits, and instruments.
• Partner with banking, accounting, reporting, and legal teams on financing, M&A, and governance.
• Drive automation of treasury processes, leveraging AI and workflow tools.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, controls, and internal compliance.
• Prepare treasury reports for senior leadership, board, and lenders.
