Direct-Travel is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to manage complex domestic and international travel for corporate, marine, and offshore crews. You will coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless itineraries and cost-effective solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in air travel reservations, strong Amadeus GDS proficiency, and excellent customer service. Remote work from the United States with weekend coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end travel for domestic and international itineraries for corporate, marine, and offshore clients.
• Tailor travel plans to vessel schedules, crew rotations, embarkation/disembarkation dates, and operations.
• Handle urgent changes, cancellations, and last-minute bookings while minimizing costs.
• Provide dedicated support to executives and offshore personnel with high-quality service.
• Use GDS (Amadeus) and booking tools to research fares, issue tickets, and manage reservations.
• Monitor visa requirements, travel docs, entry regulations, and schedule changes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while adhering to travel policies and client agreements.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and meticulous records.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and transport providers to resolve issues and secure options.
• Maintain accurate bookings, process exchanges/refunds, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and support team operations and training.
