Programmers io is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Transportation, Logistics, and Freight Management. This individual contributor role demands end-to-end ownership from requirements through production deployment and post-go-live support.

Ideal candidates have hands-on TMS experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement skills, and Agile delivery experience in a SDLC framework. Remote work with US business hours is supported.

Formación

8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Hands-on with requirements gathering, process mapping, functional analysis, and UAT.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and SDLC environments.

Responsabilidades

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
Drive projects independently from discovery to deployment.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and solution review sessions.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and status tracking.
Coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams, and architects.
Support UAT, defect triage, release planning, and post-production support.
Define and track transportation KPIs and business metrics.
Recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
