CBRE is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to oversee commercial real estate transactions for a premier client. You will negotiate leases, renewals, sales, and acquisitions for a defined portfolio of retail bank branches.

This remote role requires residency in the Greater Boston area and surrounding states. You will collaborate with local brokerage teams to secure the best terms, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure seamless integration across

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of related experience.
Real Estate Salesperson License required.
Retail Transactions experience.
Proactive problem-solving and innovative mindset.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Mansioni

Prepare, negotiate, and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions.
Develop real estate plans aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients.
Negotiate leases, amendments, and track expirations.
Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure service-line integration.
Monitor transaction activity and prepare commissions, forecasts, and accounts.
