Blackbaud invites a Senior Manager, Brand Content & Thought Leadership to shape our content strategy and lead the Blackbaud Institute's research and insights-driven work. You will oversee customer storytelling, editorial content, and owned channels, connecting brand strategy with research and advocacy.

You will build and govern a connected content program across teams, drive discoverability via SEO and AI-enabled approaches, and mentor a high-impact content team to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content marketing, thought leadership, editorial strategy, communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading content teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success building and executing integrated thought leadership programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Understanding of content performance, SEO, GEO, AEO, and emerging AI-enabled content strategies.
• Previous experience in technology or social impact is preferred
• Exceptional strategic thinking, prioritization, and team leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead integrated content and thought leadership strategy.
• Establish content priorities aligning with brand, marketing, communications, customer, and business goals.
• Create annual and quarterly content plans integrating research, customer stories, and advocacy.
• Lead Blackbaud Institute research and insights programs and publish outcomes.
• Oversee editorial governance and ensure content quality and relevance.
• Partner with digital teams on discoverability and AI-enabled content practices.
• Coach and develop a cross-functional content team and manage budgets.
• Define KPIs and measure success of programs.
