Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in system integration and testing.
• Hands-on expertise architecting, building, and scaling modern test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash.
• Deep working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Agile software development and defect lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test plans, methodologies, and scenarios for functional, performance, reliability, security, and MIL-STD compliance.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites across unit, multi-unit, and system levels.
• Manage containerized test environments using Docker and Kubernetes for reliable test runs.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Conduct lab-based validation, hardware/software testing, and field-site assessments with parallel testing.
• Collect and analyze performance, reliability, and security metrics to drive iterative improvements.
• Identify, log, and root-cause complex system defects and track lifecycles with development teams.
• Produce test evidence, execution metrics, and formal reports for readiness and release criteria.
• Adhere to federal compliance, security protocols, version control, and QA best practices.
