Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in system integration and testing; hands-on experience architecting scalable test automation.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Agile software development, UI analysis, defect lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customer-facing skills.
• U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test plans, methodologies, and scenarios for functional, performance, reliability, and security testing.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites across unit, multi-unit, and system levels.
• Manage containerized test environments using Docker and Kubernetes for reliable runs.
• Integrate test pipelines into CI/CD using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Perform lab-based validation, hardware/software testing, and field site assessments across multiple systems.
• Collect performance data and metrics to drive iterative refinement and readiness decisions.
• Identify defects, perform root-ccause analysis, and manage lifecycles with development teams.
• Produce test evidence, execution metrics, and formal test reports for release criteria.
• Adhere to federal compliance standards, security protocols, and QA best practices.
